It's that time of year again - school time! What can you do for your family to help transition into this new year smoothly? Start with the basics! For kids, make sure you're following the fundamentals of backpack safety. Make sure your children are carrying no more than 10-15% of their body weight in their backpacks. Also, make sure their backpacks are lightweight, have two wide (and padded) shoulder straps, have a waist belt for additional support and multiple compartments to help distribute the school load. And, of course, don't forget to get your children adjusted! Help those backs stay straight and healthy all year long with regular chiropractic care! We'd be honored to serve you!
